Some entries are locked, if you want to read them you should join Hetalia community first.
From FAQ:
How do I join the community?
-Click on the red icon that comes before the community name, and that will take you to the community profile, where there should be a “join this community” option.

It's on the list - "Switzerland*", because "Crossdressing!Switzerland" is too long for first column :D

Usually people use regular computer paper.
I have only black and white printer at home so I went to the shop and print patterns on 30x45cm mat photographic paper, it's a little bit thicker than regular one. :)
