Papercrafts 02: Hong Kong

Here's the second of the three Hetalia papercraft templates I edited and made myself: say hello to Hong Kong-kun XD

I made his shirt a bit too long so you can trim it a bit before you glue it together if you wish!

quick question though, since it's so teeny in filesize compared to the other paperdolls (like China is 2339x1654 in pixelsize, and Hong Kong is 800x600) whenever I resize it to fit my 8x11 printer paper it looses quality. Help??
