The books will be sent from Germany. From my experience shipping within Europe is usually pretty fast (between 1-2 weeks, sometimes faster) whereas shipping to other countries (USA, Canada etc.) can take up to 5 weeks (I've had anything from 3 days to 5 weeks so you can never tell...). Shipping will be via standard air mail rate so I think it should not take too long.
Payment options: bank transfer (within Europe/ in Euros / cost of one book shipped = 15,70€), IPMO(international postal money order), concealed cash (sent to my mailing address at your on risk) or Paypal(if you would like to pay via paypal add 3$ for registered mail).
