[Fanfic] Heartstrings 7/?

Title: Heartstrings
Rating: T for now(?)
Genre: Slice-of-life, AU
Characters/Pairings: Alfred, Arthur, ensemble cast | Eventual Alfred/Arthur, with other side pairings
Summary: AU. Arthur Kirkland's too busy to start a relationship. Google's solution: Heartstrings, the new online dating service for the Too Busy. He just didn't think the solution would be so literal.
Chapter summary:
The boys are in their honeymoon phase! Or are they? They're not even holding hands dammit!
Notes: Multi-chaptered collab fic! Updates may be a little slow, but they'll definitely come. Comments and any feedback are always welcome!

[Fic] Money and nothing else

Title: Money and nothing else
Rating: PG
Pairings/characters: China, America
Warnings: Excessive drinking
Summary:China is a bitter drunk.
Notes: For all that people talk about how China owns more than half the US debt and speculate that China will be the next superpower, it seems to me that China is pretty lonely. The western nations are wary of him and his potential power. So are his neighbors, for that matter. America and Europe find all the excuses they can to limit anything that might give China too much power, and China just rolls over and takes it because he has to. Baijiu (literally translated as "white alcohol") is Chinese rice wine. China's quote comes from an episode of The Simpsons.

"Let me guess...he was your best friend" the sarcasm in the Dutchman's voice is bitter and overflowing.

{Fanfic} The Soldier Next Door (1/?)

Title: The Soldier Next Door
Author: larosabelle
Genre: Drama/Romance
Rating: M (R18)
Characters/Pairings: Prussia/France, blink and you'll miss it Austria/Hungary, past France/Belgium, Monaco, Germany
Warnings for this chapter: Language, Human names used, AU
Summary: It's 1940 and France has finally surrendered to Germany. As German soldiers move into his town, Francis Bonnefoy only wishes to avoid them. He didn't expect to fall in love with one or be forced to choose between his new found happiness or doing what's right.
Extra Notes: Monaco = Olympe

This fic was inspired by the beautiful novel "The Soldier's Wife" by Margaret Leroy. I really love WWII centered media and I equally love writing during that era. Sorry if that sounds somewhat morbid. This started off as a one-shot but it got much too long so I'm anticipating two chapters, at most three. Enjoy!
